The Pavilion is conceptualized as a translucent glass bar with separate exhibition vaults inside modulating the amount of natural light and controlling air quality for the highly sensitive display objects. The opaque exhibition vaults are set at distinct distances from the exterior surface, manipulating the viewer's perception of spatial depth. This interaction of surfaces provides the visitor with fresh insight to understanding the fundamental concepts of the works on display.
