Cleveland Circle Tower is a 40-story mixed-use residential and commercial high rise proposed for downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. The tower is intended to invigorate downtown St. Paul’s central business district and adjacent convention center and sports facilities. The tower incorporates a number of sustainable strategies and the thin section and orientation of the building maximizes daylighting and augments natural ventilation.
